The AI Generation Job Type is currently experimental! It is subject to change in future updates.

The AI Generation Job uses locally-installed ComfyUI, currently it does not support cloud-based AI Generation. For more information on ComfyUI, see these links:

{TODO: Add links}

Open the Texture Tools via the SHADERSOURCE menu.

Add an AI Generation Job to the queue.

Optional: Clicking the 'X' on the Experimental Warning will dismiss it forever.

Click Get Prerequisites to make sure you have all the necessary ComfyUI features needed to run this tool. Note: This is only required once after first installing it, and once after each time the plugin is updated.

When it's finished, there will be a popup to confirm.

Click Start ComfyUI to run ComfyUI in a new process.

When the status says it's connected, it's ready to use.

Select the workflow. Each workflow has its own unique parameters.

Included workflows:

Select the model to use. You may need to install a model separately. {TODO: Add instructions}

Make sure the Positive Prompt and Negative Prompt reflect what you'd like to see generated.

If Circular VAE is ticked on, the generated textures will be tiling textures.

Modify other parameters as needed.

Click Run.

The tool will now run the job and output the new texture to the Output Location.

When jobs are complete, clicking the button at the end of the Status bar will browse to the output texture in the Content Browser.

When finished, ComfyUI can be closed by either clicking the 'X' button on the CMD window or by clicking the Stop ComfyUI button in the AI Generation Job.

The settings for an AI Job can also be saved to use in future jobs.
