Tooltip Overlay

The Tooltip Overlay consists of two matching assets:

• An overlay UMG: The Tooltip Overlay UMG is the UI intended to be added to the Player HUD for viewing Tooltips as they are triggered.

• An entry UMG: The Tooltip Overlay Entry UMG is the UMG that gets added to the scrollbox on the overlay UMG.
